This policy covers the ungatepro.app marketing website. If you are a UngatePro subscriber, the separate app privacy policy also applies to your account and data inside the application.
Launch availability: the UngatePro application is currently offered only to United States-based Amazon sellers using the Amazon.com marketplace. The public website and waitlist may still receive information from visitors elsewhere; applicable privacy rights remain available for that information as described below.

This website currently uses no tracking or advertising cookies. We may use a strictly functional cookie to remember your consent preference if we add analytics in the future. We will update this policy and display a cookie notice before doing so.
We use data only to operate and improve the website. We do not sell your data or share it with advertisers.
The website is delivered through Cloudflare, which may process request and security metadata under its privacy policy. Waitlist submissions are processed by Formspree so the name and email address entered in the form can be delivered to us. We do not currently use third-party analytics or advertising services on this website.
The UngatePro application is not currently offered to EEA or UK residents. If you visit the website, join the waitlist, contact us, or otherwise provide information and applicable law grants you privacy rights, those rights may include access, correction, or erasure. To submit a request, email privacy@ungatepro.app. We will respond within the period required by applicable law.
Server logs are deleted after 90 days. Waitlist names and email addresses, including the copy processed by Formspree, are kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to remove them, subject to short-lived backups and legal obligations.
We will post updates on this page and update the effective date. For material changes we will email subscribers at least 14 days in advance.
