UngatePro is a research tool that helps Amazon sellers identify potentially ungatable brands and categories using data from the Keepa API and the Amazon Selling Partner API. It surfaces information to help you make decisions — it does not guarantee any particular outcome with Amazon, and it is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or in any way connected to Amazon.com, Inc.
UngatePro provides research data, not guarantees. We are not responsible for any business decisions you make based on information shown in the app, including purchasing inventory, submitting ungating applications, or any resulting financial loss.
Amazon's gating and ungating policies change frequently and without notice. A product or brand that appears ungated in UngatePro may:
You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to enter into this agreement on behalf of yourself or your business. The service is intended for active Amazon sellers.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Each subscription is for a single user — sharing your account with others is not permitted. You must provide accurate information when registering and keep it up to date. We may suspend accounts found to be shared or used in violation of these terms.

Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or yearly basis via Stripe. By subscribing you authorise us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.
Cancellation: You may cancel at any time from Settings → Plan & Billing. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain access until then.
Refunds: We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us within 14 days at support@ungatepro.app and we will review it.
Price changes: We will give you at least 30 days' notice before increasing your subscription price.
UngatePro and its underlying software, design, and content are owned by Intertrade LLC. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the service for your own business purposes during your active subscription. No ownership rights are transferred.
Data returned by the Amazon SP-API is subject to Amazon's terms. Data returned by Keepa is subject to Keepa's terms. We do not claim ownership of that data.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, fail to pay, or if we determine your use poses a risk to other users or the integrity of the service. We will generally give notice before terminating except where immediate action is required (e.g. fraud or security incidents). Upon termination you may request a data export within 30 days before your data is erased.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Intertrade LLC's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to these terms or the service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost inventory value, or loss of business opportunity — even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Intertrade LLC and its officers from any claims, damages, or costs (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the service, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally shall be submitted to binding arbitration in Wyoming under the rules of the American Arbitration Association, on an individual basis (no class actions).
EU and UK users retain any statutory rights that cannot be waived under applicable local law.
We may update these terms from time to time. For material changes we will notify you by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the service after that date constitutes acceptance.
